Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges. Totz Only prides itself on offering the highest quality authentic merchandise and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of UNUSED, UNOPENED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, or UNWASHED merchandise with ALL tags affixed and in its original packaging within 10 business days of receipt for delivery. We will exchange the item or provide you with a Web Credit (good only for use on our Site), less any shipping costs, or an in-store credit. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS DESIGNATED “ON SALE”, PRE-ORDERS, TRUNK SHOW ITEMS, OPEN BOX ITEMS, CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (such as personalized merchandise), these items are FINAL SALE.

All returns must be sent VIA UPS, registered mail, or FEDEX. Packages that cannot be tracked or do not require a signature will not be accepted by totzonly.com. You may also return your item directly to our store. Eligible returns will receive a store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges) within 10 days of receipt for delivery. Returns received AFTER 10 days will not be eligible for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at our store. Web Credits may only be used for on-line purchases.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless totzonly.com has sent the incorrect size, or an incorrect or damaged item.

For Mail-In Returns:
1. Repack the item in its original box
2. Write ‘RETURN” at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Totz Only cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our store location.
4. Send your return via UPS, registered mail, or FEDEX to:

Order Processing. Totz Only strives to process your order as quickly as possible. Order processing takes approximately 1-2 days. Your item will typically be shipped within 1-3 days from the time it was submitted unless it is an item which specifies that delivery will be within a specified time period.

Shipping. All shipping is provided via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of your purchase. Please refer to the table below to determine the total cost of your shipping. Please take note that expedited service increases the cost of the shipping.

At this time we are only shipping to the United States. International Orders will be cancelled.

Shipping Method:
UPS Ground – Usually delivers within 5-7 business days.
UPS Express – Usually delivers within 2-3 business days
UPS Overnight – Usually delivers within 1 business day


In-Store PICKUP – You may also opt to pick your item up at our store. Items shipped from manufacturer directly items are not eligible for pick up at the store and shipping costs will apply.

NOTE: It may take longer for UPS to make a delivery. Delivery is beyond our control once the package has been shipped from totzonly.com. UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays. UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, the package is returned to totzonly.com. In the event of an undeliverable package, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods. Please note that this charge will be applicable even if the original purchase qualified for a free shipping offer.

Free Shipping Offers. From time to time, totzonly.com may offer free shipping to qualified customers or on specific items, these items will be shipped exclusively using UPS Ground Shipping Method.

Please note that we require a signature for all deliveries. We DO NOT Waive Signature Delivery.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00.

Refused Shipments. If you decide to refuse any shipments from totzonly.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to totzonly.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping Restrictions. We use UPS for delivery, and DO NOT deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. The delivery address MUST be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled. In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ORDERS EXCEEDING $300 CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS.

Gift Certificates. Unfortunately, totzonly.com is not able to accept gift certificates for purchases made online. Gift certificates/cards will only be honored for in-store purchases.
